  3. Read the PYC Hall Hire Terms and Conditions
  4. Made an initial payment of $200 – deposited to Parkdale Yacht, Bendigo Bank, BSB 633-000 and Account Number 1241 53107 to secure your booking

Payment

The initial payment of $200 can be deposited to Parkdale Yacht, Bendigo Bank, BSB 633-000 and Account Number 1241 53107 to secure your booking or via the Venue Booking Payment via PYC eshop (through PayPal)

Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that I have read and understand all the PYC Hall Hire Terms and Conditions and as the person hiring the hall, I agree to be bound by those Terms and Conditions and I further agree to accept that any breach of these conditions will result in forfeiture of all or part of the security bond deposit. In addition, the signatory signs this indemnity to hold harmless Parkdale Yacht Club Inc. from and against all actions, costs, claims, charges, expenses and damages whatsoever which may be brought or made or claimed against them or any of them, arising out of or in relation to the hire/use of PYC facilities.
